Our Services
GrowTube Media provides YouTube marketing, advertising, audience acquisition, strategy, consulting, campaign management, and related digital marketing services. The exact scope of services will depend on the package or agreement purchased by the client.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Provide required access and assets in a timely manner
- Ensure that submitted content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights
- Maintain ownership or appropriate licensing of materials provided to GrowTube Media
- Cooperate reasonably with the agency
- Comply with applicable laws and platform policies
Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Payments
Clients agree to pay the applicable fees according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may depend on platforms such as YouTube, Google Ads, Meta, payment processors, analytics platforms, and other third-party services. GrowTube Media does not control these platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific platform outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GrowTube Media retains ownership of its proprietary strategies, processes, frameworks, templates, systems, methodologies, and internal materials. Client-owned materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information received from the other party confidential and to use it only for legitimate business purposes. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowTube Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services. GrowTube Media's liability, where legally permitted, will be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Account Access
Where clients provide access to YouTube, Google Ads, social media, analytics, or other accounts, clients authorize GrowTube Media to use that access solely for the agreed services. Clients should not provide passwords where platform-supported account-access or authorization systems are available.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. GrowTube Media may suspend or terminate services where a client fails to make required payments, violates these Terms, requests unlawful activity, abuses or threatens agency personnel, provides misleading or fraudulent information, or uses the service in a manner that creates unreasonable legal or operational risk.
No Guarantee of Results
GrowTube Media does not guarantee specific marketing, advertising, YouTube, revenue, subscriber, view, lead, or business results unless expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement.
Changes to Terms
GrowTube Media may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions agreed between GrowTube Media and the client.
